I. Title and Description of Program
MAP / The Path to Success is an intense, interactive personal growth program with a strong Diversity Appreciation component. This amazing workshop provides a most enlightening journey into the center of you: the past, present and future you!
II. Learning Objectives
- Participants will learn how to more affectively define and redefine success.
- Participants will learn how to tap into countless undiscovered motivational resources.
- Participants will discover how and why accountability is to be applauded and never feared.
- Participants will begin to MAP their personal path toward motivated, accountable performance!
III. Results of the Program
This program can be customized for any organization or industry to teach motivation, accountability and performance on a level so deep that the awareness will positively and productively enhance every area of the individual’s life. When that happens, a more balanced and far less stressful lifestyle results and this leads to greater productivity!
IV. Presentation Format and Length
The following two day schedule is recommended; however, this program is highly customizable.
Format: MAP / The Path to Success
Part I – Defining SUCCESS! (Day One: 8 - 10 AM Session)
Part II – Understanding the POWER of RESPECT - This You Are Somebody and I am, too! segment is all about respect for self and others with a powerful focus on the importance of choice. There is a high degree of interaction and the opportunity for much individual introspection. It is fast paced, in depth, consisting of at least seven written exercises, nearly 300 slides and a provocative last session discussion period. An impromptu, yet professional presentation style is used.
Day One: (10:15 AM - 12 Noon Session) LUNCH BREAK (1:00 PM – 5:00 PM Session) DINNER BREAK (7 PM – 9 PM Session)
Part III – Recognizing the Importance of ACCOUNTABILITY - Accountability NOW!
This segment permits participants to actually begin to MAP out areas where they need to hold themselves and others more accountable in order to enhance performance. Accountability NOW participants realize that accountability is not new, that it has always been a good thing and that there is No Other Way to achieve maximum rewarding performance.

Part IV – Defining PERFORMANCE Rewards! (Day Two: 10:15 AM – 12 Noon Session) LUNCH BREAK (1 PM – 5 PM Session)
